“One generation commends Your works to another. They speak of Your mighty acts. They tell of the glorious splendor of Your majesty and I will proclaim Your great deeds.”
Psalm 145:4
Welcome to FaithKids at Faith Bible Church. We exist to glorify God by supporting parents in their God-given role to lead their children to love and follow Jesus Christ. We are committed to providing a biblically rich environment where children can grow in their faith and deepen their relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. Children are very special gifts from God and they are wonderful to both you as parents and to us as a church.
Our Ministry is designed to support parents in their responsibility for the spiritual nurture and growth of their children. It is our prayer that we will teach this generation about truths found in God’s Word. We want FaithKids to increase in their knowledge of the Bible, to walk in the fullness of the Holy Spirit and to grow in Godly character.

What We Teach
Nursery - Preschool
Our toddlers are taught from a curriculum that introduces the importance of treasuring truths from God. They will learn how God created everything and that He loves and gave His Son, Jesus, to us. Preschool and PreK children are going through the Bible using Wonder Ink curriculum. The teaching time includes connecting the stories to the Good News of Jesus. Crafts, worship songs, and playtime are used to teach our children about God. All the snacks for PreK age and below are nut-free and gluten-free.
Kindergarten - 5th Grade
We are currently using the Gospel Project curriculum, which teaches through the Bible and shows kids how God's Word points to Jesus. This curriculum will equip our children with a biblically-based worldview. There are family worship guides emailed to parents each week, allowing them to talk to their children about the upcoming Bible lesson.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
How do I get to FaithKids?
The most convenient parking option for families with young children is at the southwest corner of the church, near the Tower entrance. Our FaithKids Welcome Desk is located in the corridor, ideally located across from the main entrance to our Worship Center.
How will I know if my children need me?
We will send a text message to your phone if you are needed.
What about the volunteers who will be with my child?
Anyone who teaches or serves in our Children’s Area must first have a background check and meet with a staff member to affirm their belief in Jesus Christ and to discern where they would be most suited to serve in this ministry. These volunteers are servants and desire to teach God’s Word to our children no matter what the age. They desire to care and nurture your child so that you’re able to worship and grow in Christ as well.
How do I check in my children?
Once you reach the FaithKids Welcome Desk there are trained volunteers and children’s ministry staff to help you register your family. You will be issued nametags for each child with a family security number as well as a parent tag with that auto-generated number for you to present to the leaders in your child’s room at pickup. Infant-2nd grade are required to be picked up by a parent. 3rd-5th graders are released to meet up with their parents or can stay in the room while they wait on you to come.
We recommend you arrive early the first time because it takes a few minutes to register your children and to escort them to their classrooms. As the parent you will receive a card telling you exactly which rooms your child(ren) will be in when you come back to pick them up.
If you would like to make contact and register during the week before your visit, please contact the Children’s Director at Connie.Goodson@faithbibleok.com.
